State of the art design, based on 30 years of HPLC design experience, is combined with up to the minute software, operating in the latest versions of MS-Windows, offering the easiest possible use with full system control and data processing.

The major requirements for the majority of HPLC systems are a solvent delivery pump free from pulsation effects, a sensitive, stable UV-visible detector and powerful but easy to use control and data processing software.

The Adept Series offers all these:

• The CE4100 dual piston, fully compensated solvent delivery pump with a new stepping motor drive and microprocessor control system offers accurately controlled flow rates from 0.001 to 10mL/min.
• The CE4200 dual wavelength UV-visible detector covers the wavelength range 190-700nm with exceptionally low noise, ±0.5 x 10-5 A, peak to peak, and incredibly low drift of ±2 x 10-5 A/hour, both measured at 240nm. High speed scanning at up to 400nm/s is possible and full programming using up to 6 wavelengths is standard. For measurements at a single selectable wavelength the CE4201 detector has the same performance as the CE4200.
• CE4900 PowerStream system manager is a completely new Windows based software developed by Cecil Instruments R & D department and is supplied complete with a system manager interface module. The software operating in Windows 98 and Windows 2000, or later versions, offers full system control and complete data processing with an ease and clarity unmatched by other HPLC software.
